Bookkeeping Confidentiality Agreement

“Confidential information” is not included in the cloud bookkeeper`s (i) bookkeeper at the time of disclosure by the cloud Bookkeeper; (ii) was rightly received by a third party without a secret obligation by the cloud bookkeeper; or (iii) was developed independently of the cloud bookkeeper. Therefore, all parties to this contract agree, taking into account the terms of this accounting agreement, whose receipt, disclosure and approval are duly confirmed by the electronic signature of both parties, by providing the customer with a broken bill for all services provided. Each invoice must be fully paid by the customer within 30 days of receipt. All expenses or expenses not mentioned in this accounting agreement must be approved in writing by the Client prior to the invoice count. This accounting contract is considered effective on the date of production and is extended from month to month until it is terminated by one of the parties. The accountant is committed to retaining all customer data and information as proprietary, sensitive and confidential information. Therefore, the accountant cannot disclose this information to third parties without the client`s explicit written consent, unless required by law. AND CONSIDERING that the client undertakes to hire and compensate the accountant as an independent contractor for these services, and that the accountant undertakes to provide such services, the client undertakes to give the accountant full access to all financial accounts and registrations.
